Cases are not important.
Excess Deaths are. Declaring deaths flat over a given period of case increase is not a valid measure. Obviously a case can be declared via test and result, only hours apart. A death requires days or weeks of time for that new case to travel to infect an older person and for that older person to descend to death. Some of the declared cases will be older in themselves, but this is tending to be a small % of the total.
Post 4th of July holiday Florida deaths have upticked substantially over the past 5-6 days. This will likely appear in the Excess Deaths totals next week (they are delayed a week at CDC).
Even death statistics should be doubted until they appear in Excess Deaths. Only Excess Deaths prevent normal pneumonia being double counted.

You may be on to something. The U.S. death count as suddenly, post July 4th weekend, risen sharply.
Since it is clear that the daily infection data is being manipulated, or at least distorted, could it be we are now seeing the same thing with deaths?
And where do we find Excess Deaths data?
Here’s a link we look at for FL stats: https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/96dd742462124fa0b38ddedb9b25e429
A whopping FIVE have died in my county since the start. You’d think the world was coming to an end here by all the mandates being handed down. Some of these people are militant about it, too!
They WANT Florida to rise in cases & deaths. You hear “no beds” in some hospitals, but insiders say otherwise.
