The full DC Court of Appeals is full of Obama appointees. They aren’t about to end this in Flynn’s favor and will reverse the 2-1 ruling originally decided for Flynn. The longer they keep this vendetta up, the more the Dems and MSM will use it to bash Flynn, defend Sullivan and ultimately push POTUS to pardon Flynn, which is their real objective. The uproar by them over Roger Stone’s commutation yesterday is just minor compared to the howls if Trump is forced to pardon Flynn. Meanwhile, Comey et. al continue free and uncharged for their crimes that started all this.

Perhaps, then again perhaps not.
President Trump commuting Stones sentence is a shot across their bow. The evidence is clear that Flynn was framed. So if the full DC Court of Appeals ignores this evidence the President will simply pardon Flynn.
At this point of time there is no down side for the President. Up until recently he was blocked by the threat of obstruction of justice charges. But since there was not crime there is no obstruction.
My guess is the court will force Sullivan to dismiss all charges.
