Well, someone is terminally stupid but it wasn’t them. Since they CLEARLY felt threatened by an armed mob of trespassers what they did was not legally “brandishing”. The authorities there had ZERO right to seize their rifle.
It worked. It prevented the mob from attempting to destroy their home that night. Has tactically stupid?
So bad form is the justification for seizing their weapons?
