Law enforcement officials in St. Louis have allegedly served a warrant on the St. Louis couple who recently defended their home when a large mob of angry demonstrators allegedly trespassed onto their private property.
“5 On Your Side has learned St. Louis police officers executed a search warrant Friday evening at the home of Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the Central West end couple who confronted protesters with weapons in June,” KSDK News reported. “Sources tell 5 On Your Side police seized one of the weapons, the rifle, from the couple and they told police their attorney has the pistol seen in photos.”

Article says seized the rifle he held. No where does it say all his firearms were seized.
I think he will be ok, just a little huffing and puffing from a socialist AG that will soon be put in her place.
I imagine plenty of volunteers are willing to help defend the couple/mansion, expecting room and board...

The couple had every right to both ‘Defend their castle’ and to ‘Stand their ground’ (Which further extends the ‘castle doctrine to the outside of the home and beyond) in this state from what i understand- they did absolutely nothing wrong:

What is self protection insurance? Never heard of it.
They may have been liberals, like this situation might change that.
From all I have heard, these people sound like Liberals who were about to be mugged...and now they are being mugged by the people they were in cahoots with.
I understand they supported Black Lives Matter and all that goes along with it and were generally Lefties, but took exception when their own property was threatened.
So, I don’t feel any kinship with them. That said, this stinks. Now they are on the Left’s radar, AND the Left disarmed them.
I would be pissed if I were them, and concerned for my safety as well. But they do own a share of their predicament.

Prosecutors are immune from being sued under 18 USC deprivation of rights under color of law.
The Supreme Court, in 1983, just created that immense power increase for prosecutors out of thin air.
And now the mob knows these good people are unarmed and the mob will be back to finish the job..
AG Barr and the FBI need to act on this immediately. AG Barr needs to go to the local Federal court for an injunction and the FBI needs to investigate this as a matter of denial of constitutional rights (civil rights) under the color of law.
Aside from that, the local AG needs to be investigated for aiding and abetting terrorism against US citizens. You know that that is what this is, an attempt to terrorize these citizens for the crime of standing up to a violent mob who directly threatened them with death.
