Goya Foods President and CEO Bob Unanue said on Friday that he is not backing down in the face of a boycott over his visit to the White House.

“We were part of a commission called the White House Hispanic Prosperity Initiative and they called on us to be there to see how we could help opportunities within the economic and educational realm for prosperity among Hispanics and among the United States,” Unanue told "Fox & Friends."

Unanue said that the United States is the second-largest Hispanic country in the world behind Mexico.

I forgot to mention that you should stir as you add ingredients, and then every five minutes while it simmers. Serve as in the picture. It's good for six people.

Buy Goya products, usually in the aisle with ethnic or hispanic food.

My family has been buying the cheaper brands. Not that Goya is expensive, though.

However, we'll be spending a few more pennies buying Goya products. They're actually better than the no-name or other-brand products. Thanks AOC and democrats for helping make a better decision.

CHICK PEAS!! Theirs are the very best. I had 18 cans of Goya chick peas in my pantry before I found out how great a company they are. I had 18 cans of Goya because they are SOOO good. They’re much plumper, softer and creamier than any I’ve tried, and I’ve tried ‘em all.

WHen I was watching the President yesterday and saw the CEO of Goya, I was so impressed with his family’s accomplishments. They donate to food banks and employ 4000. Then today, the tramp Teigen and the other jerk from NY want to boycott Goya. Simply unAmerican.

I love chick peas and eat them out of the can, close to a can a day. So you can trust my opinion. I buy the lower sodium version, just as good as the regular.

Oh, and try chick peas mixed in tuna or chicken salad. Great combo!

I was just at Ralph's in the Hispanic and beans section and didn't see any Goya products.

But they still have plenty of Uncle Ben's products!
