Thanks C19fan. LS, do you have any contacts? Sounds unconsitutional on its face "right to peaceably assemble" -- since he is allowing BLM.

1) BLM is explicitly political. 2) BLM is preference by race. A slam dunk "deprivation of rights under color of law" case?
