There is no science to disprove that protests can spread. They already made up the conclusion that protests are magical and should never be considered as a spreader of the disease, unless it’s the wrong political persuasion, like asking to go back to work.
Science is the pursuit of knowledge, and in order to pursue knowledge, you do not start with conclusions and cherry pick like these politicians are doing.
It is called “magical thinking” and was the way of homo sapiens for hundreds of thousands of years when the species lived in caves and considered flints high technology.
This is the mentality we are dealing with here.
