I hope lawsuits are in the making as he speaks.
During Wednesday’s news conference, Turner also addressed the protests that were held in Houston after the death of George Floyd.
“If you want to march outside, you can do that. That’s your First Amendment right. You don’t need a permit from me,” Turner said.
I hope lawsuits are in the making as he speaks.
I have read of no such lawsuit filed by the Texas Republican Party.
We all know what would have happened if it was a Rat convention.
Nothing
RAT stereotype marching right along with the other anti-Trump RATs....right on cue.
Mail in ballots won't be counted for a week or more.
Democrats will demand every mail in ballot post marked after the election be counted because 'all vote matter'.
Every result for every election will be challenged in court and when it's all said and done NO ONE will trust the results.
And Gov. Abbott is a useless GOP Cuck!
Tejas needs to cancel Houston.
It’s far too humid.
If today were July 9th, 2019 we wouldn’t be talking about coronavirus, racial strife and the full disruption of American society because none of this crap would be happening. But since the calendar says 2020 all of this evil is occurring with more to come before Election Day. The Democrats and the rest of their Deep State allies will go to any lengths to get Trump out of office, and that means destroying the country in the process if that’s what it takes to achieve that goal.
The president needs to appoint a blue ribbon counsel to comb through all of the medical record. I now hear the term, Covid-related deaths.
Earl Gray? Really?
Again not a single word about thousands rioting, no social distancing’ & nobody washing their hands.
the same mayor that walked hand in hand with blm terrorists during the riots?
IDK. Attendees seemed a littles skittish about the outbreak the rioters caused.
Would have cost the GOP half a million to cancel but now they’re off the hook.
Hope they have a convention soon though.
Can a court overrule this? That said, do the Republicans at state level really need an in person convention?
I just moved out of Houston. Except for work, Houston is a no go zone for me. Almost the same for Harris County, thanks to the junior achievement commie county judge.
Democrat cancels Republican event, how odd!
Yet Turner doesn’t have any problem leading the parade of 60K people to honor Saint George Floyd. Nope, no hypocrisy at all.
A virtual convention could last weeks?
