New evidence points now that former Vice President Joe Biden, who alleged that he didn’t know anything about the Flynn probe, was the one who suggested using the Logan Act to further go after Flynn around the time when the FBI was about to close its investigation into the former general. If you ever wondered what the difference was between the rule of law and the rule of men Judge Sullivan is eloquently articulating the later. There is no justification for his delay except to throw his judicial weight around and do as much damage as possible. Sad.

I guess that if Judge Sullivan just wants to inflict the maximum pain on his victim, he could wait until the last possible day, and submit an appeal to the full Circuit Court - just to eat up time.
