Put in perspective, in 2006 the Democrats had a 14 point enthusiasm lead. They easily won the House back. This is 2 1/2 times that number. That's part of the story. Trump's voters are more enthusiastic about voting for him.
Biden's supporters are equally as enthusiastic about voting against Trump.
Biden's an afterthought but don't doubt the Dem's ability to get voters out.
