Joe Biden slammed President Donald Trump on Tuesday night for questioning potential running mate Tammy Duckworth's patriotism, calling it 'disgusting' and 'sickening.'
The former vice president did not mince words when it came to his rival for the White House, saying Trump was carried 'around like a puppy in one of those little puppy cages' by Russian President Vladimir Putin and calling Trump's attacks on Duckworth a sign of the 'depravity' in the White House.
Duckworth, the Democratic senator from Illinois who lost both legs while serving as a combat pilot in Iraq, is being vetted as Biden's running mate and he offered an impassioned defense of her during a virtual fundraiser.

Tearing down the statue of George Washington is “patriotic” in the same sense that Michelle Obama was “patriotic” when she said that the first time she was proud of her country was when her husband was elected president.
A parent doesn’t love my child because the child is perfect, because then no parent could love the child. But, there are limits to this. At some point you have to let the child go, to hopefully learn in the real world what wasn’t learned at home. The parent then waits, hoping for the return of the child.
Similarly, in marrying, you don’t love your spouse because your spouse is perfect because then nobody could marry. Again, there are limits to this. Adultery, abuse and abandonment are grounds for divorce, although even in such cases sometimes attempts are made to salvage the marriage.
Turning to a country, of course there are limits. But, rejecting George Washington because he falls short of the current standard of politically correct, is beyond reason and reveals hatred of this country.
As Tammy Duckworth finding Joe Biden acceptable but not George Washington reveals partisanship beyond hypocrisy. Joe Biden is a bad-mannered sonuvabitch, up to his elbows in lying, cheating, plagiarism, bending and breaking the rules, and corrupt to the core. Biden brought his good-for-nothing son Hunter on official visits to other countries so Hunter could secure giant payoffs. Both of Biden’s brothers traded on his name. Biden pulled strings to get Hunter and who knows who else into know show jobs. And, Biden was in cohoots with Obama using the intelligence agencies to spy on political enemies.
Joe Biden has numerous racist incidents in his past from threatening to lynch Corn Pop with a link of chain to campaign on his stance against busing to chumming up to segregationist in the Democrat Party while he was in congress etc...

As a vet myself, I don’t give one sh*t about Duckworth or her false patriotism based upon her losing two legs or an arm or whatever. We have all given something up as vets, she is no different. Persoanlly, she falls into the same category as John KerryIdiot and his Purple Heart papercut.
Accordingly, this has absolutely NOTHING TO DO WITH PATRIOTISM. The real issue(s) is that Duckworth has told numerous and various OUTRIGHT LIES, and that, is what she should get thoroughly trashed for and is getting trashed for. On Monday night Tucker Carlson blasted Senator Tammy Duckworth for suggesting that she is open to removing all statues of American founding father George Washington.
Duckworth made her remarks on CNN over the Independence Day weekend.
In response to Carlson’s remarks Senator Duckworth went to twitter and took a swipe at Tucker.
Rather than argue his points she attempted to shame Tucker Carlson over her disability.
But this did not stop Tucker, on Tuesday Tucker Carlson went after coward Tammy Duckworth again.
This was EPIC!
Tucker Carlson: We wanted to have an exchange like that with Tammy Duckworth tonight. So we called her office and invited her on the show. Her flack informed us that before even considering our request we must first issue a public apology for criticizing Tammy Duckworth. In other words, I will not debate you until you first admit you were completely wrong. Keep in mind that Tammy Duckworth is not a child. At least not technically. She is a sitting United States senator… Duckworth is too afraid to defend her own statements on a cable TV show. What a coward. She is also a fraud… Tammy Duckworth is a callous hack who ignored the suffering of actual veterans when it actually mattered. She has no moral authority. She is just a politician like the rest of them. She works for us. This is a democracy. She has an obligation to explain herself and answer our questions. And the first question would be, “How can you lead a country you despise?”
Tucker then lashed out at fellow Democrat Ilhan Omar.
Tucker Carlson: Hating America is a major theme in the Democratic party today… If anyone should love America it is Ilhan Omar. This country rescued her from a squalid refugee camp in Kenya… But Ilhan Omar is not grateful. She hates us for it. We have every right to fight for our nation, our heritage and our culture. And when vandals like Tammy Duckworth and Ilhan Omar tell us we are not allowed to question their patriotism even as they scream about how horrible America is, we have every right to laugh in their faces.

With respect to any DemonRat politician with a military background, we should remind them of Benedict Arnold. Heroism early in life is usually erased by traitorous behavior later in life. If this were not true, Trump would have mentioned the disgraced General Arnold as a candidate for his Garden of American Heroes. This applies to John “I served in Vietnam” Kerry and all others of his ilk.

Tammy Duckworth was born in Bangkok, Thailand, the daughter of Lamai Sompornpairin and Franklin Duckworth. Her father, who died in 2005, was a veteran of the U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps. Her mother is Thai Chinese.
She is NOT an Article II eligible Natural Born Citizen. She is a US citizen at birth by virtue of the Immigration and Naturalization Act, due to her US citizen father. She MAY (I do not know for sure) hold Thai citizenship as well. I know that owing to 8 years of the Obamanation, this matter is mooted in many people’s minds. However, the issue has never been adjudicated by SCOTUS and all of their previous rulings on the nature of US citizenship would seem to decide against her Article II eligibility to be POTUS.
Let us not forget that Benedict Arnold was one more than one occasion one of the greatest combat heroes of the Revolutionary War prior to his treason. It is safe to say that the pivotal Battle of Saratoga would not have ended in an American victory without him. He was severely wounded there, and lost the full use of one leg. Despite this truth, he is remembered more for his treachery than his incredible heroism.
Duckworth clearly hates the US that exists now.
