Kirby Floyd just filled in the blank on the Democrats' "Summer Of Racism And Riot" script.
They were going to use an "incident" like this to disrupt the election and attack Trump over "racism".
Floyd was as good as any other dead black body.

They were trying to do this with the Georgia Gentle Jogger studying electrical works repeatedly in a house under construction.
When the narrative fell apart they hide to find someone new.
Nobody is talking about that Georgia case anymore.
