In today’s world you can burn down a church, tear down an abolitionist statue, or pour fake blood on the portrait of a founding father, and you’ll be praised. But don’t dare defend your family from a violent mob threatening to kill you, your wife, and your children—that would be wrong. Recently, in St. Louis, Missouri, a married couple successfully defended their home with a rifle and a pistol against a BLM mob allegedly endangering their lives. For this, the city’s lead prosecutor is attempting to press charges against them. The whole episode is perfectly symbolic of the chaos in America.

Gun stores here in the Houston metro low on ammo/weapons. Blew me away when I walked in one of the major sporting chains (NOT DICKS) to see ammo shelves empty, pistol showcases with very few handguns.
If you don’t have them already, it’s too late.

Remember when you first realized that you might not be able to buy a gun or ammo at some point? There was a day when all of us became “woke” about having weapons and ammo. Imagine never really thinking you needed a gun but then you see the mounting anarchy over the last 60 days. There are probably tens of millions who have just had their come to Jesus moment regarding personal protection. Obama is still selling guns.
Buy them if you can find them, they are going fast.

Barely got my gun last week, by the luck of the draw. I now have 300 rounds of 9mm ruger on order. Planning on firing rounds 201-300 tomorrow. CCW classes are all booked up. Weirdly, you don’t need a CCW license within the confines of Kentucky.
I’m going on 68 and I’m a first time gun owner. Thank you BLM (BuyLotsaMunitions).
I expect a much different atmosphere if the Democrats sieze power and attempt gun bans.

I’m told folks in Florida have no problem buying weapons of all kind as well as ammo at well stocked shops who saw this coming. Also hearing of bulk ammo ordered online delivered in days.

I’m with you man. Just a couple of years ago three guys walked into a house near to me and killed a young man in front of his own children and their grandfather. The cops caught the guys in less than a week. I can’t figure out why the guy didn’t call the cops a week sooner and he would still be walking around rather than the house sitting empty now because his father could not stand to spend another night in it.

They should have been “woke” back in 1967-68, 77, 92. Unless they were born into a family that believe the police would always be there to protect them.
I have a friend, he and wife Republicans, him a small-l libertarian leaning one, really good guy. But his wife didn’t want more guns in the house, so he didn’t have much (had maybe a shotgun and a .22 rifle).
Recent events got her straightened out on the whole issue, he’s been shopping.
