I have a close friend in Portland.
They had a neighborhood break in of their community mailbox.
The Police told her to file a report on-line.

my dtr lives right in Portland...not a fancy suburb....she's hoping to move home by next year....I hope she doesn't wait too long..
I hate Portland..
few redeeming qualities...known for its peculiar settings for unique eating and drinking places...that is all...
remember when a restaurant wanted a nice clean looking fresh looking modern facility ...nowadays, the grungier looking place the better I guess...

“They had a neighborhood break in of their community mailbox.”
Should have called the Postal Inspectors Service it’s a federal crime not local.

The Police told her to file a report on-line.That's no surprise at all. Dealing with actual crime costs the city money. Writing tickets raises it. Which do you think the police care about more?
