A preposterous lawsuit demanding cops be banned from using tear gas to disperse lawless protestors who block city streets and interfere with traffic has been struck down by a judge who ruled this week that the restriction unnecessarily burdens the police and puts them and the public at risk. The case was filed in Virginia by a leftist civil rights group that claims the city of Richmond and its police department as well as the state police violated the Constitutional rights of law-breaking protestors by using tear gas and other crowd control tactics during a disruptive Black Lives Matter demonstration outside Richmond City Hall last week. The lawsuit, filed on behalf of the Virginia Student Power Network, asks the court to broadly ban the use of chemical munitions, irritants, explosives, stun weapons, and physical-impact weapons.

He banned Epstein from all Trump properties as the DNC continued to embrace him.
Water cannons?
We can work with you.
Years back I suggested that they add soap dispensers to the water hoses before clearing out Occupy Wallstreet.
“....Water cannons? We can work with you....”
Better yet, give em something to really crap out loud about: roll out the brown note cannon and turn it loose.
Anarcho-tyranny is a useful term/concept to describe what is going on.
Dobermans, lots and lots of dobermans.
They should just use grenades and napalm as far as I’m concerned. The right to assemble should NEVER include any “right” to block another citizens freedom of movement. There should be serious legal consequences for any protestor that ever does that. They don’t pay for the G’Damn roads that they are blocking, those belong to all of us. It’s like saying they somehow have a right to hold someone against their will because they are mad about something. The law should treat it like they’re holding people hostage against their will, even like kidnapping. The rights to assemble and protest are enumerated, and that’s not one of them.
Okay, if tear and pepper spray are off limits, that just means we can jump to using guns quicker!
Don't even need the tear gas to make the little bitches cry.
tear gas isn’t a ‘tool of war’. It’s not used in war because warring folk are allowed to use real bullets instead.
If non-lethal means are outlawed, it will have to be firearms used to stop the rioting.
Shouldn't that be "dobermen"?
The case was filed in Virginia by a leftist civil rights group
Translation: A group of radical Leftist lawyers who champion the poor and oppressed but live, work and play in the WHITEST, MOST LIBERAL, HIPSTER places in the neighborhood. Far, far away from any of the people they “represent”.
Actually I think Grapeshot would be an excellent alternative to tear gas. Just a whiff would quiet things down quite nicely.
When I was growing up in the 1950’s some people used shotgun shells loaded with rock salt. It is one whale of an irritant and will distract the people who get a dose. Unfortunately, stiff canvas clothes are probably good enough to deflect the stuff from anything but really close range.
Ok, either Im too old or too young - you got me there. What is a brown note cannon? I have my suspicions but will wait for your reply.
Another example of the use of lawfare by the criminal democrat party.

“Shouldn’t that be “dobermen”?”
