Well, good for her! I would disagree with POTUS, though, and think that NASCAR’s ratings are more tied to having been humiliated by that Bubba Wallace noose hoax, or whatever. In my opimnion, press briefings are following a poor format.

They should NOT be in the WH
They should accept written questions from the Internet.
Normalize the questions so that slight veriations of the same basic question are accommodated.
Select the top 20 questions.
Read the question to the press, then provide an answer
After all 20 questions are answered, direct the follow on questions to the web page.
End the briefing
