The party she is talking about was in 2011. Everyone who wanted to know knew it back then, because Epstein had already served his plea deal.
Remember that all charges against Epstein and Maxwell are from the 90s to 2007. We don’t know whether they actually stopped at that point - but for the elites that saw Ghislaine at those parties, it probably was “oh she did that 5 years ago” and either they thought it’s disgusting or they thought it’s no big deal.
