Simon & Schuster is moving up the publication date of Mary Trump’s tell-all book about President Donald Trump’s family from July 28 to July 14, and the publisher is releasing new details about its content in the meantime.
The decision to move up the date of Too Much And Never Enough: How My Family Created The World’s Most Dangerous Man, was based on “high demand and extraordinary interest,” according to a spokesperson for the publisher.
An appellate judge last week lifted a temporary restraining order on the publisher that, at least temporarily, had blocked its release. Robert Trump, the president’s brother, is still seeking a preliminary injunction, with a hearing scheduled for July 10, but the publisher says that copies have already been printed and distributed to book sellers. Moving up the date likely makes it more difficult to enforce any attempt to block its release.

They want to get it out the door to try to take advantage of the “you can’t put the Genie back in the bottle” ruling in the Bolton book case.
Who cares? Trump haters will buy it. They won’t vote for Trump but then they were not going to do so anyway. No one else will buy it. It may hit the best seller list but it will be because of left wing institutional buying, not ordinary people.

I think they would just like to make some money. It will sell a lot more copies before the election than after.
My wife and I watched the Trump documentary on Amazon Prime. My take: People who like trump will like it and people that hate trump will like it.
