Slavery in the past was the only form of employment. People of all kinds of nations were called slaves or servants instead of employees. The only difference on the issue between ancient nations, was that slavery in Israel was governed by laws to make it more fair and mandate the option of freedom for each slave after a specific period of service.
It might make people have less respect for Aristotle.
