Its becoming a trend to charge people who defend themselves. The goal is to make people afraid to exercise their rights and in some cases a conviction will take away their rights.
People need to fight this is court and the court of public opinion.

Yes..that's the couple. She's pregnant, and this hefty black woman harangued and harassed the couple, while her 15 year old daughter was filming the confrontation, and calling the white woman a racist. The black woman was in her face, waving her hands all over the place. At one point the black woman got up into the man's face, waving her hands.

The pregnant woman was initially calm, and talked respectfully to the black woman...while at the same time, the daughter who was filming the whole thing, was calling her a racist. When the husband pulled up with the car, the pregnant woman got into it while the black woman was still yelling at her. The white woman continued to talk calmly to the black woman, but the black woman would have none of it, and kept harassing the couple.

The couple attempted to drive away. At that time the camera angle changes so you can see nothing, but you hear some scuffling, and the daughter yelling "Mom" or "Mama", which, according to reports claims the black woman tried to block their backing out of the parking space they were in. The next camera view is of the white woman getting out of her car holding her weapon and telling the black woman to step back. She repeatedly told the black woman to step back, while she herself had to retreat backwards, because the black woman kept coming towards her. Through the whole video, it is clear that the pregnant white woman was trying to physically get away from the screaming b*tch and her daughter, but they would not leave her alone, and continued to follow her and harangue her.
