I’d call it a good lick.
Good terrorist, dead terrorist
I’m not a truck kind of guy, but I would DEFINITELY buy one of those...it would be GREAT to idle on the side of the road near the next BLM protest at the university...
“If the driver was charged and I on any jury Id vote NOT guilty of anything.”
As I see it, it’s basically all-out WAR at this point, and while I’ll humor a judge to stay on a jury, and if police or innocent people, like this driver (drunk/texting or not) is charged with a crime, the case against them will have to IRON-CLAD before I’ll vote to convict. This was an easy one...the driver gets off, again drunk or not.
Kidnappers?
“Quit playing in the street”
Especially so when wearing dark clothing at night.
More communists? There is no shortage of leftist cops. This is why all uniformed cops need to have permanently locked on body cams at all times while on duty.
A lot of people here think that all cops support conservative copies, but that emphatically isn’t so.
“according to police, the jag driver had somehow avoided police roadblocks and so is facing the possibility of felony charges”
Don’t care, still voting NOT GUILTY, even if he were drunk - this is WAR at this point and like the Left, we need to learn to PLAY TO WIN, because of what happens to us and our kids, should they win.
“Our group had BLTs at the local taqueria last night.”
Not that our bars are open in Texas, but it should be funny if they were open and simply looped this scene on their TVs all night.
What’s a BLT that comes from a Taco joint?
Whoops, copies should be ‘causes’.
Which begs the questions of whether the roadblocks were:
1. Manned or unmanned.
2. Obvious (large flashing beacons atop large barriers that spanned most of the road) or not obvious (a couple of those folding ones with a crap light on top or some small traffic cones with no illumination or prior notification.
Would not be the first time someone had “run a police roadblock” that consisted of no humans, no cop cars and a couple of traffic cones, if that.
People will willingly build their own gallows as long as you tell them its for their protection.
No police department needs MRAPsno more than they needed M1As at Waco. Dont even get me started on forfeitures!
Its time to reclaim our streets!!!
Hope the car is ok.
Wish I could say Im sorry but Im beyond caring about the protestors.
Copy that, Spktyr. LOL
Its the same with the military.
“Amazing they lived this far.”
Their shoes came off. That is not usually a good sign.
“A lot of people here think that all cops support conservative copies, but that emphatically isnt so.”
I’ve learned over the decades that TRIBALISM* trumps all, except for the 1% of people capable of rising above it (like Thomas Sowell). Same for cops, and really sadly, for many former/current soldiers.
*the best definition for who belongs to a tribe are those people, every one of them, who is NOT white, male, straight, and with an ethnic European background. To put it another way, 75% of the country is tribal, in one or more ways.
That doesn’t mean 75% all are leftists, but it does mean that 75% of the country will put THEIR TRIBE first, before the interests of the country, if they feel it under attack. Even the legendary Clarence Thomas did that once in a racial case, when he identified with the black ‘victim’, whereas none of the other conservatives on the Court (all white, of course) joined him. And in that case, he started going into black history to justify his disagreement...even though the other 4 voted with the Constitution (something Justice Thomas otherwise seems to do as reliably as anyone who ever sat on that bench). Another one was Kay Bailey Hutchison with Tailhook...up until then, she was one of the best military supporters that I can remember...but her tribe (women) came first, and she was right there with the haters of our military.
...and so we have cops who are tribal and soldiers who are so tribal that they vote for Democrats - making me wonder if military leaders even explain the implications of those votes to our boys.
The guy in the car was being chased by the cops.
