The Supreme Court said Thursday it will decide if Congress can receive redacted parts of special counsel Robert Muellers report almost certainly delaying release until after the election.

I dont understand why the court is weighing in. Congress wrote the law that prevents them from getting the information they want. If they want it they should write a new law.
Lower federal courts had ordered the release of the unredacted Mueller Report.
Oh, gotcha.
Roberts needs Ghislaine Maxwell to go away so...
Who will translate it from Müllers German

I think only Biden will be able to read it as its written in Early Senile Dementia.
Supreme Court is worthless as it stands. The left should be happy but pretend to have rage. I think we are getting knocked out in November.
It goes without saying that if the President is reelected he’ll be impeached at least once more...and maybe more than once.So it doesn’t really matter what SCOTUS rules here.
Head up, dude. It is easy to pessimistic. There are still a lot of shoes to drop in this election cycle. But I agree, the Supreme Court should be disbanded, they have assumed the role of autocrats.
It’s time to start ignoring these court decisions!
The Supreme Court, (And others) dont issue rulings, they issues opinions.
The difference is important.
The Supreme Court (or others) have no power or authority to enforce its opinions.
It depends, under the Separation of Powers defined in the Constitution, on the support and cooperation of the Executive Branch and Legislative Branch.
Alexander Hamilton spoke about this in Federalist #78
In the 1832 case of Worcester v Georgia, President Andrew Jackson, who disagreed with the SCOTUS opinion in the matter, famously said John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it.
Marshall did nothing.
Now we will have another reason to hate Roberts.
Why hate Roberts in this case? This decision prevents President Trump from being forced to release the unredacted Mueller Report. That's the result President Trump wanted.
The Supreme Court has not decided the case at all. They have just decided they will take the case - and the Libs won the case in the lower courts. When the SCOTUS does actually hear and rule on the case (sometime after the election maybe), Roberts may again join the four Liberals.
