"Lift Ev'ry Voice And Sing," commonly known as the Black national anthem, is expected to be performed live or played before every Week 1 NFL game, and the NFL is also considering a variety of other measures to recognize victims of police brutality during the upcoming season, a source familiar with the league's discussions told The Undefeated on Thursday.

I have no problem with the lyrics, which are affirming of God, liberty and the nation. But perhaps they would ask white folks to remain seated at the risk of cultural appropriation.

We quit watching when they started taking a knee.

We did cheat and go to a superbowl party and watch the Chiefs win!! Still love Mahomes but NFL has got to go. We will not be watching, same as last year and the year before (unless Chiefs go to the Superbowl again) :)
