Mary Trump’s lawyer, Theodore Boutrous Jr., said they will file an immediate appeal over the ruling and claimed that although the halt is temporary, it is a violation of the First Amendment.

I wouldn't be surprised if some judge eventually allows the books to be released to the public...

The publisher had no idea about the non-disclosure agreement? The publisher never asked the question in the first place? Did Mary Trump have an obligation to tell the publisher?

Makes sense, laws, documents, agreements, all worthless in today’s BLM culture. Anything goes, let’s get Trump!

Bolton's book only lasted a week in media discussion and it was about Trump's time as POTUS.

Old family stuff shouldn't matter at all.

Many judges of today have become overt activists, not even trying to hide their personal biases. That includes the Supreme Court. RGB often mouths off about social topics that an impartial judge should stay silent about. She wants the praise, notoriety and attention more than the respect.

I don’t get the whole “Book is shipped, legal system is powerless to stop it deal.” If you run a company and ship some product that is unlawful or dangerous, the courts will order the warehouses locked down and the product seized in a heartbeat.”

All PLANNED. S&S is more than willing to pay a million dollar fine if they can do their part to hurt Trump on Nov 3.

You know the MSM is just frothing at the mouth for this book. In it, Trump’s niece allegedly tells about how he once hired Russian hookers to....oh wait...

The statement that ‘they didn’t know’ is a blatant lie... The judge should now refer them to prosecutors for perjury charges.

Let’s see... some facts.

Her parents married in 1962.

Her mother a stewardess and father a pilot for TWA.

Her father, Fred Trump Jr was fired as a pilot with TWA for alcoholism.

Her Parents Divorced in 1970

Her father, Fred Trump Jr died in 1981

He grandfather Fred Trump died in June 1999.

Mary and her brother got $200,000 each from their grandfather’s estate, the same as all other grandchildren.

MARY THINKS SHE SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED A PER STIRPES EQUAL SHARE OF THE ESTATE. Even though her father died 18 years before her grandfather.

adding it was unaware of any non-disclosure agreement

Any honest judge is going to say that doesn't matter. The publisher SHOULD HAVE known. A party is not allowed to avoid contract provisions by making themselves ignorant by choice.

What is the problem? It is just money..

Like any other publisher this publisher will have to recall the books, pay for the expense of the recall and then burn the books.

Why would they be treated any differently?.

Of course, sale and distribution of the books would be illegal and the publisher’s staff and management ought to be arrested if the books are not recalled.
