I grew up eating these Coney Dogs from Detroit.
The best ever.
The dogs Snap..., the Coney chili sauce, the mustard and the finely chopped sweet onions. 3 for lunch. ...yummy.

Yes, we have cotton in our fields this year. Why? Who knows. He planted soybeans in the fields across the road from us. Cotton isn’t nearly as pretty as soybeans or corn and it leaves a huge mess behind when it’s harvested. A wasteful crop. Oh well, it is what it is.
Da biggah, da bettah, and the tents around here have a lot of BIG ka-BOOMS on hand.
Some of the cats aren’t too happy about it. They’ve been skittish the past several nights. The others aren’t bothered in the least.
I got side-tracked putting MS.B’s birthday post together and wasn’t paying attention to how close it was.
Live and learn. LOL
Some choices were silly. I got Parade. I’ll take it. Like to have small gatherings with friends .
Had a crazy friend from NYC that would shoot fireworks from his 4th floor apt window. .... Musta been a hoot.
The roman candles were his favorite. ... Yeah, insanity.
I’ll bet his neighbors loved him! Or not. LOL!
Yeah, most kitties don’t like loud noises. Some noises bother my cats, but some don’t. I guess if they KNOW the noise they can ignore it.
Parades can be fun. Especially when you go with your “small gathering”.
Just have your slaves pick it 😆😆😆

It appears that I am a PARADE.
No critters are fond of loud noises. More of our cats will be wound up this weekend when the parties are going on everywhere. Fireworks lately have just been smaller ones shot off sporadically and not all that close by. Saturday night they’ll be close by, farther off, and continuous for quite a while. This will be Raimis’s first experience with the ruckus and I don’t know how he’ll react.
Hey, back in the day they did pick it, the plants were plucked clean. LOL
Now it’s done with machinery and a lot of the cotton is left behind on the plants. Eventually it gets blown off by the wind and we’ll have a messy yard this fall and winter.

You had convinced me that Lowe’s was better than Home Depot. I had been doing all of my shopping for those kinds of things at Lowe’s because not only did I find the quality of the products better but in addition the quality of the workers was much better. In other words, they hire better people.
However, today I discovered some saddening information.
01. ) Lowe’s donates cash to the dim party.
02. ) Home Depot donates cash to Repubs.
I’m going back to Home Depot!
