He doesn't speak for this libertarian. His comment is simply immature for a man of his age. The internet encourages keyboard commandos due to no actual consequences that would normally occur if the writer were in front of his subject.

I agree with you that these people were protecting themselves on their property without any assistance from the government, and that is laudable. I'm prepared to the same.
