It’s complex. In at least some districts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, some teachers have been laid off or retired early because of budget issues.

Our whole situation is very complex.
I’m still not sure of the seriousness of the corona epidemic. Another article posted here said pediatricians (meaning some pediatricians) think kids and even teachers as a whole aren’t endangered by corona virus.
And there’s the BLM thing. There’s governmental support for the lawlessness or at least not much opposition. Are the rioters rioting because they have little to lose and their opponents standing down because they are afraid of losing their comfortable lives?
And Trump bashing by the media and deep state is at an all-time high. They must think they have a lot to lose if Trump wins. Does Trump have hidden cards?
And there’s Biden, obviously not a good choice for a president.
