The fact they stole the Jeep is a key piece of this situation .... The two fools probably thought they were going to go right through the barricade and continue on their drive-by shooting.

The only person I've heard claiming it was stolen is an unnamed Chopistani. It was just as likely a parent's Jeep. Second, the shooting started before they struck the barrier.

There are pictures of a wad of keys hanging out of the ignition. Who leaves that many keys in a parked vehicle. I don't think it was stolen. Just my opinion from the keys.
