1. President has no authority to issue such an order

2. What law would be broken, and what would the charges be if said order WAS issued, and there was non-compliance?

3. Who would enforce such a federal order? FBI? US Marshalls?

Americans are daily being shown the arrogance of the commie democrats by such as Pelosi wanting the Pres to require the entire nation to wear masks because she says so. Former VP Dick Cheney had a heart transplant a few years ago and probably needs to wear a mask on many occasions. Flue season or smokers or whatever. The national nannies are trying to shut down voting in person, everybody going about their daily lives wearing a mask, and prohibiting them from joining peaceful Trump rallies while watching the nation being sacked by rioters and so on. The Cheneys should mind their own business, which is quite cushy, and let the rest of us make our own decisions. Pelosi is so far gone with the commie democrat party that anything that comes from her mouth should be judged accordingly.
