SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Undocumented immigrants with young children will now have a chance to get two tax breaks in the California budget now headed to Gov. Gavin Newsom for his expected signature.
The tax credits will be available to eligible California workers with Individual Tax Identification Numbers and at least one child under the age of 6. Currently, the California Earned Income Tax and Young Child Tax credits are available only to eligible California workers with Social Security Numbers.

The problem is that if the federal reserve buys all of the bonds issued by the state, they don’t need Trump to sign a bill, they’ve already been bailed out.
Once Trump is gone California will get the bailout of their dreams. Maybe even get the train project well. So nothing they do matters. Its going to be covered.

A California Republican poltician should make note of California’s budget for July 2020 - June 2021 and send to the Trump administration what California is hoping for in terms of a federal bailout. Trump should refuse the bailout.
