The California legislature voted last week to strike anti-discrimination language from the State Constitution.
In a 30-10 vote, the legislature passed the Assembly Constitutional Amendment No. 5 (ACA 5), which removes the words The state shall not discriminate against, or grant preferential treatment to, any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin, from Californias constitution, which were put in place in 1996 with Proposition 209.

The freaks put in language that allows them to take control, then they want to remove that language so they can beat down on everyone else.

I suppose you’re right but a Dim legislature and a Dim Guv makes passage just a matter of time.

Dunno.
This white Christian got out in 2006. Sooner or later, all true Christians will either be forced to worship in their homes or simply stop worshiping all together.
The kommiefornia legislature will mandate some kind of high profile position for fags in every house of worship. I honestly figured it would already have happened by now.

The state shall not discriminate against, or grant preferential treatment to, any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin,Can someone show me where this leaves anyone out? Maybe because 'gender' is not mentioned? Fine, then add it to the list.
