America fought a bloody civil war to end slavery then passed 3 admendents to enforce the result. Lots of laws layered on top of that. The 14th now grants the Federal government powers way beyond the limited rule it was intended to have. It has effectively cancelled the 10th. The 14th, 16th, and 17th all need to be repealed.
