#6 How about Trump using “Wuhan Kung Flu Fighting” as a theme?

How about an really good upbeat/great beat song by Wang Chung, “Everybody Have Fun Tonight”?

As for the Democrats, Trump can dedicate the song “The Sun Ain’t Gonna Shine Anymore” by The Walker Bros.?

A song dedicated to Rep. Adam Schiff and Eric Swallswell (aka Swallowswell), “Pucker Up Buttercup”, by Jr. Walker and the All Stars.

For Hillary re 2016, let’s try “You Dropped A Bomb on Me”, the Gap Band.

For Joe Biden, we have “Goin’ Out of My Mind” by Little Anthony and the Imperials, or “Crazy” by Patsy Cline.

For Rep. Maxine Waters, may a thousand camels in heat sit on her face, we have “Monster Mash” or the painting the “Scream” was made from her picture.

I think he’d do better to use the one that goes...

“I’m proud to be an American, where at least I know I’m free”

I can think of any number of songs that would be better

I always thought they should use "I Am America" by Krista Branch, especially during the last election.

I Am America

I’m with you, as I’ve never understood the Trump campaign’s affinity with the song. Back in 2016, I kinda thought the point they were making was sort of along the lines, “Okay, maybe Trump says and does a lot of things that aren’t your cup of tea, but he’s your best shot, so please support him anyway.” And if that was the message, okay, sure you’re trying to consolidate former supporters of Cruz, Rubio, Rand Paul, hell even, Jeb, who maybe didn’t really care for Trump’s style, you send a message of “You can’t always get what you want.” But now? In 2020, GOP voter approval of Trump is like 96% or something. So if the point was “okay, maybe you don’t like him,” then that’s message that’s no longer applicable.

What’s the point in paying if an artist can say no?

Remember when you were young, you shone like the sun
Shine on you crazy diamond
Now there’s a look in your eyes, like black holes in the sky
Shine on you crazy diamond
You were caught on the crossfire of childhood and stardom
Blown on the steel breeze
Come on you target for faraway laughter
Come on you stranger, you legend, you martyr, and shine
You reached for the secret too soon, you cried for the moon
Shine on you crazy diamond
Threatened by shadows at night, and exposed in the light
Shine on you crazy diamond
Well you wore out your welcome with random precision
Rode on the steel breeze
Come on you raver, you seer of visions
Come on you painter, you piper, you prisoner, and shine

I’d like to see him drop it, too. I’ve never liked that song or much of anything put out by The Rolling Stones. Certainly there must be a talented musician somewhere who would be willing to let Trump use his/her material.

Back in the early ‘70s, before domestic abuse was “a thing”, my two supervisors noticed marks on me that shouldn’t have been there. They talked to me and I told them the cause. THIS time it was when then-husband had hit me on the arms and hands with a stiff-bristled brush.

Other things had happened before. Typical mindset 50 years ago was that “these things happen”, and it’s just part of being married. Shoot .. 21 years old; what did I know?

They reported him to the A.F. base where he was stationed. TPTB said he had a choice to make it stop or to be confined to Base.

It happens for real. And he is my EX.

There was an elaborate parade in Italy a few years ago, that features elaborate floats and costumes indended to poke fun at politicians etc. Along came a MASSIVE float of Trump dressed in power armor from the Warhammer 40k games and books with the song Carolous Rex by Sabaton (a Swedish metal band with awesome lyrical focus on military history) blaring in the background. It was one of the most epic fails by a liberal group.

It'd ultimately be a bad idea: Charles XII, also known as Carolus Rex, who became King of Sweden on 5th April 1697 at the age of 15, was a great military leader whose brilliant campaigning and startling victories brought his country to the pinnacle of her prestige and power, but the Great Northern War resulted in Sweden's defeat and the end of her empire within years of his own death. Also, the lyrics aren't about an American.

Nonetheless, Liberal heads would explode over (and many supporters would love) the lyrical content -

I was chosen by Heaven,
Say my name when you pray,
To the skies,
See Carolus rise
With the Lord my protector,
Make them bow to my will, To the skies,
See Carolus rise

He uses it (“I’m proud to be an American where at least I know I’m free”) for the opening song of every rally. Opening is better because it plays the entire song. Most media usually cuts off the rally seconds after PDJT stops talking.

I thought the song had something to do with his good friend, John Kennedy Jr. That could be a theory held by some....don’t know how much truth there is to it.
