Hospital claims it seems to be lighter fluid.
Would lighter fluid do those skin irritations itself, or would it have to be lit and burning?
Just wondering since the hair doesn’t seem damaged.

Like BrexitBen pointed out above, that is a rope abrasion on her neck, and the ones on her cheek and chin look more like rug/carpet burns. I bet it was rough sex with her boyfriend.
