Hospital claims it seems to be lighter fluid.

Would lighter fluid do those skin irritations itself, or would it have to be lit and burning?

Just wondering since the hair doesn’t seem damaged.

Lighter fluid is liquid, right? It would have run down her face, and I think there would have been more burn area. I’m not sure about this one.

As someone who has used a Zippo lighter for nearly 50 years I can tell you that YES the naptha fluid for those wick type lighters is very irritating to the skin.
On several occasions in my youth I overfilled my lighter. About 30 minutes after putting the lighter in my pocket the fluid had soaked my pants pocket and was burning my skin. It produced markings exactly like hers.

Naptha is VERY irritating to the skin.
This gal wasn’t burned. Someone put naptha on her face or she did it herself to get some attention.
She wants her Jussy/Bubba moment.
Complete HOAX.
