When you know for certain that, there won’t be consequences, then, you will do anything, criminal or not.
Obama knows that he won’t be having to answer for his corruption, and Biden can just say that he was acting on order from higher-up, meaning Obama, who knows that he can get away with anything.
No matter what republicans come up with, and no matter what investigations come up with, Obama is safe, and so is Biden. There is no passing of the buck to the higher officials, so, if anybody meets with consequences for the hoax of the last 3+ years, it’s going to be Strzok and Page and other ‘lesser’ FBI/CIA agents. The DNC is safe, no matter what is found.

If Trump loses, the mildest acceptable response is to file a lawsuit over every action he takes, use every imaginable means to attempt to remove Biden, and for all patriotic Americans to resits every Biden/DeepState action taken until the government is back in the hands of a patriotic American. I don’t expect it to be that mild, but ramping what the Deep State has done during Trump’s first term up by a factor of ten is at the low end of what is acceptable.
But it has been the same sound bites for past 3 - 4 years. Nothing any honest, thinking person has not known for 3 - 4 years.
