A city like DC would have that much stuff laying around. Curb Yellow paint and rollers, etc., from the Public Works Department.
Paid for by the taxpayers.
They would need a lot of yellow paint to paint the lines on the streets. And as seen in the photo, they ain't keeping up with maintaining the lines on the streets very well.
Wondering why they don't paint the streets in front of City Hall and State Capital buildings.
After all, who hired their police chiefs and cops? It wasn't the taxpayers in flyover country.
Maybe. Possibly. I'm still skeptical. I do know from news stories in Michigan "We're behind schedule on road projects because we have had some instances of mutiny. Workers mutinied and were not going to do their assigned jobs because they were afraid of the virus."
Union workers: "But don't forget to do my pay direct deposit. I'll be at home making current balance calls to my bank."
