They are called Migrant Workers, Grew up with them, worked side by side with them, some of my best friends and going on almost 60 years, I still am in touch with them (FACEBOOK etc) we picked together, went to school together, served in the Military together.
It is a seasonal Migration that has happened since the 1800’s

Agriculture is not only Seasonal it happens at a different schedule ... Example ... We have very expensive Combines that start in South TX and just move North as they complete each field, they finish in the Northern Latitudes (Canada) dismantle the Combines and ship them back to South Texas and Prepare/Repair them for the next season and do it all over again.
Migrants Workers are no different ... It is the Politics/Politicians that are scamming the system, the Migrants are being used as Pawns... They want to go home for the Winter and return when the season starts again.
Then there is the whole Mexican Mafia/Narco angle ... it is scary for them to go home sometimes (have you been there lately?) but they have Wives and Children back home.
There is a way to do this but Mexico has to do it’s part.
Trump is the Man that can do/fix this. I think We are on the right track. Mexico and US relations are much better than most are led to believe ... unless we get Biden’s VP as our next President (that will suck many many times worse)
