I totally agree with that. I don't think Trump talks that much about what Democrats did in the past. He should talk about Biden's past outrageous statements about China e.g, "they're not competition for us", his speech that recently came to light about giving them our technology, because that is about the future.

I do not see where the Trump trails Democrat, Joe Biden anywhere, because I do not take any political poll as truth and reality...period.
I get my goodies from the actual results of the 2020 POTUS Primary election results and , if you match and measure the vote totals of Trump vs. Biden, Trump slaughters Biden in landslide victories in state after state. Trump actually, in many polls beats all Democrats listed on a state ballot ticket, as he just did handily in the recent Kentucky POTUS
primary election.

I would love to see ads bought by the RNC and others with Conservative Black speakers like Diamond & Silk, Candace Owens, Thomas Sowell, Allen West, Condoleezza Rice, Alveda King, Larry Elder, Niger Innis, Star Parker, Alfonzo Rachel, and many, many others -— those ads run in majority Black communities to reach out to any that might not be 100% brainwashed that Trump and the Republicans are racist. Parscale’s background is data. The data doesn’t tell you how to change the mind of a soccer mom or whatever. That’s political messaging. And then, the media strategy has to be designed around the message. Focus groups are typically used as part of that process. I know using focus groups to actually determine the message is not a good idea, but still you need some guidance about how people perceive things.
The campaign strategist is in charge of that whole process, I think. It can’t be Parscale. He has no background in that. Since he’s the number one person, he should have hired one. Did he do that? I don’t even know who the Trump campaign strategist is.
Remove the 12/31/2020 end date of his shutdown of foreign worker immigration and peg it to last until the unemployment rate falls to 2.5 %. This will let the middle class and the working poor Americans know that he has their backs.
Issue an EO to reduce by 50% the number of foreign student visas to free up space for American students with no fixed end date.
Issue and EO that forces banks and wire transfer businesses to verify that either the sender is an American citizen or a valid visa to be in the country before they can transfer or wire money anywhere. That money needs to stay in the American economy.
Issue an EO under the national emergency that all employers use E-Verify before hiring anyone. This EO should order the IRS to audit large employers for employee identity fraud and that INS step up indictments of employers that hire illegal aliens by a factor of 10.
