So; what do you consider to be '...purer forms of Christianity ...' today?
I don’t worry about what’s purest today. It’s not really an emotional issue for me, and therefore, not one I want to debate.
But, I do feel that sometimes most religions, including the various sects of Christianity, have too often been used as an excuse for conflict. And, I think when that occurs, it is outside of the essential message, which includes the Golden Rule.
That was the essence of my comment, not a disguised promotion of one sect over another today as being better, truer, or more correct.
