An overwhelming majority of Americans say they've worn a face mask in public in the last week, as the coronavirus pandemic persists and infections reach new highs in more than a dozen states, a new ABC News/Ipsos poll finds.
Nearly nine in 10 Americans (89%) who left their home in the last week said they wore a face mask or a face covering, compared to only 11% who said they did not.

Not where I’m from (SW Florida). No more than half the people I see in public, including stores, are wearing a mask.
A standard mask is as effective in preventing the spread of the Wuhanic Plague as a chainlink fence is at being mosquito netting...
We went to the grocery store today and they mandated everyone wear a mask or they wouldn’t be admitted (Florida). During the height of the “pandemic” masks weren’t required but now three months later they are. They are annoying and fog up my glasses. I hate them!
We are forced to wear the mask in stores and buildings. That is why we wear it.
Right, we are told the mask is to protect others. If so, then only a surgical mask will do; it does not filter inhaled viruses, only exhaled.
The N95 mask will protect the wearer, but no one else. It’s designed for contaminated environments; therefore it does not filter exhalant.
The “fashion” masks are psychological comforts only.

I don’t wear a mask. I have never worn a mask. I will never wear a mask. I have missed church because of it.I have not entered Costco because of it. I have walked out of stores because of it. I am not buying it. I am not taking a knee. I am out side of the world until the world goes back to normal.
Somehow I’m imagining a brain on the edge of a razor blade and it looks like an ant turd rolling down a ten lane interstate highway.

LOL..... I can see that as a way to contain the crap being spewed out on a regular basis.
Even here in the Lemming's Republic of Commiefornia, I'd say less than half the people wear masks in public.
I wear one at work because I have to but even then I pull it down to below my mouth when I'm not around anybody which, thankully, is most of the time.

Owned. Controlled. If the government can convince the sheep that it’s for their own good, they’ll do almost anything. Especially, wear the Mask of the Beast.
So, that’s why doctors and nurses wear them?
Anyway, in our smallish rural community, games have been very well attended. There is some social distancing, but the high school kid fans are in the bleachers all together like normal. I don't recall seeing a mask tonite. There might have been, I don't recall seeing one. And there were at least 200 people in attendance.
