Culturally and economically, most of these folks are natural conservatives. But conservatives and whatever the R party thinks it is nowadays... have to reach out and communicate!

I really like your posts but why do we keep lying about them culturally and economically. Asians come from communism they believe in communism they are generations away from being anything else. They love the victim culture of being associated with blacks also.
The South Americans and Central Americans that come here vote overwhelmingly Democrat. They know what we stand for they know what Democrats stand for yet they have not changed their vote.

Amen! However, at the current time and for this year’s election: There are 17 Asian Americans or Pacific Islanders in Congress. All 17 are Democrats, 14 Representatives and 3 Senators.
There are 42 Hispanic members (a record number) in Congress: 38 in the House and 4 in the Senate.
In the House there are 33 Hispanic Democrats and 5 Hispanic Republicans. 2 Hispanic Senators are Republicans and 2 are Democrats.

Many of them are politically apathetic. Those that are politicized think in terms of racial or ethnic identity politics and vote on those issues rather than on culture or economics.
And as far as economic issues are concerned, Mesoamerican immigrants and their children tend to be low income and benefit for liberal social programs.
