They wanted to report it to cops, but today’s cops aren’t up to snuff.
What they really want is a leftist security/police force to which normal people can be denounced and given swift, summary justice. Your connections will determine who can do what to whom, taking their stuff in the process.
It’s happened before, more than once.
When the shooting war happens, because good & decent people who have been wrongly demonized and finally got fed up - they will rue their actions/intentions.
