You watch: just as it's impossible for blacks to be Racists (that honor is reserved for whites only), now it will be impossible for blacks to be guilty of Lynching. Therefore, toppling a statue and covering it with graffiti will probably still be petty crime (Not Lynching) while hanging a noose will get the full ten years (Lynching).
