In the past two weeks, the White House has captured one health care ruling and lost another.
The Trump administration put one in the win column with a court ruling Tuesday upholding its plan to require insurers and hospitals to disclose the actual prices for common tests and procedures in a bid to promote competition and push down costs.
President Trump suffered a major legal setback last week when a federal appeals court ruled that his administration lacks the legal authority to force drug companies to disclose prices in their TV ads.

I saw an osteopath back in January for knee and shoulder pain, possible meniscus and rotor tear.
Anyway, Im given some samples of this stuff called Pennsaid. Topical goo for pain.
A few weeks later I got a 4 oz bottle in the mail. OK.
Its just prescription Aspercreme. Used it a couple times, yea, whoopee.
A month later another bottle shows up. At this point I havent received a bill yet.
Called the pharmacy and told them to stop sending it because Im not really using it.
I ask the girl how much this stuff costs because I buy my own insurance and have no prescription coverage.
$3,000.
Thats $100,000 a gallon for glorified Aspercreme.
Havent gotten a bill yet and will be in court if anybody thinks theyre getting $3,000 out of me for something I didnt specifically pre authorize.

The Fed should advertise the prices they pay on a website to notify the nation as to expense they currently pay.
True, it would be more convenient for the consumer if medications advertised their true cost during commercials,
but there should be an alternative since the administration lost this legal case.
