Did law enforcement cut it off or was it cut and placed somewhere
Then who placed it there
They are trying to figure out how to spin this now that an armchair detective figured it out

And supposedly they only found this Sunday afternoon? And then went national with it Sunday evening, without any sort of investigation?
Yeah, it will be interesting to see how they attempt to weasel out of this.
