Joe Biden committed to participating in three planned debates against President Trump while criticizing Trump for trying to add an additional debate.
“Joe Biden looks forward to facing Donald Trump in a multi-debate series that the American people have come to expect from their leaders; we hope that President Trump would not break that tradition or make excuses for a refusal to participate,” Biden campaign manager Jen O’Malley Dillon wrote Monday in a letter to the nonpartisan Commission on Presidential Debates

Simply as a bargaining chip to make the Biden team either agree, in which case fine, let’s watch Joe go the distance -or- turn him down, then Biden shows he can’t handle four debates. Win, win for Pres. Trump.
Is Donna Brazille going to give him the questions in advance like she did Hillary.
If you watch carefully from the 2016 debates, you can see her answering the questions before they are asked.

I get your joke my friend, however not too many basements here in Fla. as the water table is so high I hit it on my property at about 15 feet. Having said that, I just came in from my yard work and there’s enough humidity above ground to do the job. :^)
The idea of pushing for more debates is to watch Joementia and his handlers wiggle out of doing them.
PDJT is talking smack to set up bigger smack talk down the road.
He knows Joementia won’t be able to make it through two debates without deflating. Debatable if he can make it through one.
When Joe has his on air bobble head moment PDJT can smack him with the “Low Energy” label, the dementia label or anything else he wants to label the poor schmuck. Remember how his labels stuck like hot tar during the primaries and 2016 election.

I agree. This group is far from non partisan. I hope Trump does not get sucked into these debates with these moderators that lean left.

Why is it people on this side always assume every damn thing done is done out of weakness?
If Clinton or Obama called for 4 debates, people here would be whimpering that they were doing it to get a bunch of free airtime, and that there was some fix that was “in”.
Trump does it? “Uh his internals must be weak!!”.

When i was around 20 or so in the late 80’s i turned on the tv and started watching some senate debate and there was one guy talking and talking and talking and talking.....
I was thinking to myself man can this guy talk.

i’m hoping this dementia stuff is not just a act and he suddenly comes out during the debates as a master statesman...blowing the “electorate” away...
i recall a few months back during a press conference or something that he came across as very lucid unlike his usual normal routine...
If Biden agreed to 36 debates, Trump would demand a 37th. It’s all about making Biden look like he’s got no stamina when he rejects the demand.

either creepy is a gifted actor or i cannot envision him lasting more than a few rounds in debate 1.
if the latter, that implies a democrat hot spare presidential candidate, or else a doozie of a manufactured or real crisis.
