We're all well aware of the hatred Obama had for Netanyahu, and the work Obama's team did to defeat Netanyahu. Why is it so unbelievable that there were strong anti-Netanyahu forces in the Mossad or other Israeli intel agencies just like there were strong anti-Trump forces at work in our own CIA & other intel agencies?

Could be. Certainly usa’s intelligence outfits have demonstrated such perfidy and in- fighting. Mossad is a single agency not 17 competing ones like in American intelligence. Abd smaller class despite its high level of sophistication. And of course Israel relies very greatly on Mossad running true. This all does not preclude the possibility of some rogue agents but does limit it considerably. Agents actively working for such a hostile foreigner would have been discovered, noticed pretty fast imho.

The main problem with the article is it starts off like a typical Jooos-causing-trouble article with the “Obama allies”. It does not say what you rephrased it to say.
If it is, as you suggest, some dissident faction in the Mossad, then the way to write this would be:
“a dissident group in the Mossad out to harm Bibi”
-or-
“the Mossad was pressured by the Obama administration to . . “ (a plausible theory, we pretty much have to do whatever whatever President of the USA tells us, assuming we want to live to see another day).
But there are no (or extremely few) “Obama allies” to be found in the collation government, even in our deep state. Certainly not enough to get an intelligence operation off the ground. They’d be lone wolf kooks.
Obama tried multiple ways (even to the point where we were scrambling to align with Putn at one point in the UN) to kill us. He was an overt Jew-hater to whom we had no choice but to be polite.
Not would anti-Bibi forces do that. Anti-Bibi forces (and there are plenty — I’m honestly not a huge fan, being from Gush Katif) are not suicidal such that they would ally with Obama.
Similarly, our hard left, while commie and stupid, is generally (there are some exceptions) not so stupid as to have allied with Obama on much in substance.
