It sounds like it is a toll road where drivers may be confronted by toll collectors at any intersection and made to cough up protection money.
Yep - Now its never take the MLK or the BLM exit.
Flat tire? Just keep driving on the rim. Sigh. Least they’re labeled as no go zones.
Probably want to avoid Obama Blvd. exits as well.
