France must tackle ‘systemic’ discrimination, says rights watchdog

France's human rights ombudsman said Monday that authorities needed to take measures to halt racial discrimination that has become a "systemic element" of French society, calling for an "ambitious" public policy response.

"People with foreign origins, or perceived as having them, are disadvantaged in terms of access to jobs or housing," according to a new report from the government's Défenseur des Droits (Rights Defender) agency led by Jacques Toubon, a former justice minister.

"They are more exposed to joblessness, poverty, poor housing, police ID checks, poor health and educational inequality," it said.

The report came as France has seen a series of rallies against racism in the wake of the Black Lives Matter protests in the United States sparked by the killing of Floyd George by a white police officer.

It cited surveys from 2016, the most recent, that found that 11 percent of respondents reported incidents of discrimination because of their skin colour over the previous five years, up from six percent in 2008.

Which means that some races and creeds must be given more rights than others.

Oh, so those people with foreign origins don’t have to anything to make themselves more employable? Ok, got it.

The days these so-called ‘human rights groups’ start protests in Iran and China I’ll believe they really care about how people are treated. As long as they are flapping their big mouths in the USA and Western Europe I know they are just communists trying to drive wedges into our societies.

Most folks in the world today support the elimination of racism from our organizations and systems that employ or affect the lives of people.

But that is not what is being demanded.

BLM and Antifa are saying that our existing systems are fatally flawed and must be torn down and replaced by Marxist systems.

And on top of that they are saying that White people are evil and basically need to be demoted in status to a position in which they are deemed THE inferior race.

So my question is this. How can you change systems which are inherently racist by replacing them with new systems which are inherently racist but against people of a different race?

As an aside, do the people calling for the elimination of racism think it is wise for them to tell the very people of whom they are making such demands that they "hate" them. Asking a group to help you while, at the same time, telling that group that you hate them seems counterproductive.

When Algeria declared its independence from France, fought France to achieve it, and won, France should have immediately deported its domestic residents who had come from, or born to those who had come from Algeria, and then not continued any immigration from Algeria, which still goes on today. France did the opposite - Algerians in France were granted French citizenship, and with all the family connections that entailed, immigration from Algeria has continued. Then add to that all the “refugees” that the EU has committed EU states to. Meanwhile, the French in France have never really socially accepted and integrated Arab immigrants into French society. Thus there is an actual disconnect between official French policy and how French society responds to the outcomes of that policy. Essentially the French wanted, and still want the cheap labor, but often see their African immigrants as anything else.

And I am not actually suggesting the French would be better off fully accepting their large immigrant populations socially and in every way. To me there would have been great benefit today for France to be all French. There is zero wrong with many of our nations having and retaining the identities that are truly theirs and theirs alone. The differences are not a cause for war. The greatest thing for humanity today should be in appreciating those differences, not merging everyone into everyone.

This leftist offensive is international in scope.

That means international financing, international planning, international organization.

Find the international leaders, declare them an international menace, lock them up, and the problem goes away...

A few years ago, that could have been an album cover for Pink Floyd, The Clash or (with some retro changes) Devo.
